Who do you see?
When I first saw this image 45 years ago, I could see nothing but the old hag for awhile, even though I was told there is a young woman. This perhaps is the first time I really had to go deeper, to open my mind to another reality.
I gave myself permission to look deeper. Only the old hag…I persisted…still the old hag. I took my gaze off it for a little while (a few seconds) and then whammo, the young woman’s face appeared. It really was there!
Being in the Flow
People talk about being in the flow, meaning they are in the flow of Life. Our positive experience of life is the result of our internal affinity with the unseen universal energy Chi, Qi or Ki, often referred to as alignment, living our true purpose, living from the heart or if I can use a negative, not coming from ego.
At the end of my last post I said:
Next time, we will explore ways that confirm our inner knowing or that resolute state of knowing that you know that you know. Our focus will be on trusting the process from which greater understanding of The Language Matrix will unfold.
A correction to ‘confirm our inner knowings’
N.B. Even when we say we don’t know (out loud) or don’t admit to ourselves that we do know, our ‘Inner Knowing’ (IK) always knows. Perhaps, it would have been better to have said “confirm what is true for me” or “confirm if something is in the highest good for me”…
If we take the first letters of ‘Inner Knowing’ we get I.K. or ‘IK’ or the Mayan Ik, a reversal of universal energy, Ki.
The (Mayan) sign of the Wind (Ik) is the energy of movement, the spirit that infuses life into all life on Earth. The meaning of the sign is air, the patron is the God of the wind, and the symbol is the T-shaped cross.
The life of the ancient Maya strongly depended on weather conditions, gave a mystical significance to ordinary natural phenomena. It was believed that the wind is able to penetrate into the human body, cause in it a variety of diseases. Blame all evil spirits — the constant companions of the wind. At the same time, air currents are driven by thunderclouds that carry life-giving moisture.
Therefore, the wind is the breath of life, the symbol of the birth of all life.
Being in the ‘Flow of Life’ is being connected with the Source of Life, which we can only know for ourselves by being in tune with our inner state of being. When we tune into our physical body, our mind, our emotional body or spiritual heart (soul), so that there is no static and we have a clear reception, we can ask anything and receive an answer such that we know that we know that we know.
When you used to turn the dial on a radio to find a station you were tuning into a particular frequency. Knowing you know that you know is the result of tuning into the exact frequency of your Inner Knowing station and sensing its message. We all have within us the greatest BS detector and the most powerful GPS of Truth in the world, available 24/7.
Below are two ways we can physically confirm (what we already actually knew) with a YES/NO response, that help us to trust our inner voice even more.
If you frame a question for your highest good, then YES is go ahead, it’s a great idea! NO, is not now or it does not serve you and let it pass. When you get a NO, you know there is a better way.
Our Inner Voice is at the core of our being. It has one singular purpose on our Hero’s Journey – to help us to move in the direction of being the best possible human being we can be.
You can tap into your Inner Knowledge by muscle testing.
You can also tap into your Inner Knowledge using a pendulum.
Back in the 90s I had a man ‘energise’ my unit. First of all he drew a plan of the unit and then started moving and mapped out various energy paths, such as microwaves and geopathic stress. As he moved around I tuned in and could feel these energetic pathways without using his instruments.
This prodded me to ask myself. I tapped into my Inner Knowing and asked and got confirmation physically, initially with a YES being a forward-leaning movement while standing and a NO being a small backward leaning movement. I called this approach The Human Pendulum. Of course, it was necessary to clear my mind and relax my body.
I soon realised that I could get the same accurate responses, just using my head. YES was a nod of my head and a NO the traditional shaking of the head.
Amy B. Scher refers to my Human Pendulum as the Sway Test.
“To make sure you are getting an accurate response, first make a statement or hold a thought in your head you know to be true like “My name is Sue Smith” (but use your name of course). Then state something like “My name is Bob White” (something that is not your name).
Sense the response of your body for each — you should either feel yourself being gently pulled forward for a “yes” response, or repelled back signaling it’s not true or your body is not in resonance with that, which would be a “no” response.
Now you can begin asking questions using the sway test.”
Have you heard of Philippe Petit?
French aerialist Philippe Petit walks on a cable suspended between the twin towers of the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan, Aug. 7, 1974.
Click on the link and watch this 4:45 minute YouTube video where.
He considers this adventure as the best moments of his life. “Phillipe was 24 years old when he orchestrated one of the most death-defying acts of all time – walking on a one inch wire between the Twin Towers as daylight broke over lower Manhattan.”
Listen to Philippe as he talks about his intuition.
